Shipping your shock absorbers to Delta Vee Motorsports:

For all applications other than load leveling shocks we require the shock body plus the lower threaded spring mount and lock nut.

Including the spring is your option, we do not charge for spring removal and re-installation for owners performing their own work; it only increases your shipping weight.

Professional shops performing customer work, please remove springs but leave the lower spring mounts and lock nuts on the body of the shock. Failure to remove the spring will cause your order to lose Dealer Pricing margin.

Please do not include the red-top solenoid motor, they are fragile and expensive.

Freight forwarding companies nor Delta Vee Motorsports will asume responsibility for poor packing of your shipment. Slender shock rods tend to pierce packing material and boxes with resulting broken gears and scratched chrome plating. Gear replacement is an additional $60.00 charge and scratched chrome plating renders the shock too expensive to repair at this time.

Dealers/ Service Managers/ Shop owners

Fee for removing & replacing springs; if you ship complete units your order will lose your Dealer Pricing margin, please have your technician remove springs, bump rubbers and upper mounts, leave lower threaded spring mount and locking nut on the shock body so your ride height and corner weights will remain the same.

Owners performing their own work: no charge for removal and replacement of springs.

Fee for cleaning excessively dirty components: $100 per hour
